These terms cover purchases from Seventy Limited ([NZBN to be published]) through this website. Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act protections apply and nothing here limits them.
A plan set purchase includes working drawings, schedules, and the consent-exemption paperwork, adapted to the address you give us and signed by a licensed designer, normally within 5 working days of address confirmation. Each set carries a one-build licence: one home, anywhere in NZ. Copying or reusing the set for further builds is not licensed.
We check your address before we adapt anything. If a Seventy home cannot be built on your section under the consent exemption, we refund the full plan-set price. If you change your mind before adaptation work begins, we also refund in full. After a signed, site-adapted set is delivered, refunds are at our discretion because the work is done and specific to your land.
Turnkey pricing on this site ("from" figures) is indicative until we issue a written fixed quote for your address. The written quote is the binding document: it states exactly what is included, staged payments, and timing. Weeks-on-site figures are typical ranges, not guarantees; weather and ground conditions can move them.
Rent, yield and cost figures on this site are indicative planning numbers based on typical market figures, clearly not financial advice, and should be verified for your own circumstances. Calculator outputs are estimates. Photography includes staged and AI-assisted imagery of our designs; technical drawings are the specification source. Testimonials shown before our first completed builds are illustrative and marked as such.
