Seventy Limited("Seventy", "we") collects personal information you give us through this website: your name, phone number, email address, and the site address you ask us to check. We collect it under the Privacy Act 2020 for one purpose: to answer your enquiry, check whether a Seventy home can be built on your section, and deliver what you buy from us.
Estimate and calculator emails: to send you the numbers you asked for. Booking details: to run your visit or call and to confirm by phone, text or email. Order details and site addresses: to adapt, sign and deliver your plan set. Provider opt-ins: your details go only to the specific trades you tick, one introduction per trade, and nothing else.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with anyone except the professionals needed to deliver your plans or build (and the trades you explicitly opt in to). Marketing email is opt-in and unsubscribing is one reply away.
We use standard analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. These may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without losing the ability to use the site.
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time: email hello@seventy.co.nz or call 0800 736 836. We keep enquiry data for two years and order records for seven (tax law), then delete them.
